THE HUNTER.

Buzz Kulik

Steve McQueen
Kathryn Har
Eli Wallach.

Steve McQueen plays a modern day bounty hunter, paid to bring back to justice those who have jumped bail.

I greatly enjoyed the six reel version of this latest role, and the plot  might not be McQueen's gre short commings, it covering the type of s film, despite its y  situations that to say the least is a bit basic, t,s the pre- crop up time and time again in this type of film i sence of McQueen that makes it so enjoyable.

The action scenes are very well handled and McQueen's double is one like him, without the of those who actually look like (and moves I sequently 'ham' acting that many stuntmen add to the part, and con the inter-cutting between him and McQueen works well and is most convincing. the six reel version  and The print quality is very similar to that of d to notice that the front credits were short I was a bit surprise full end credit- ened, not that it detracts from the film, and you do get dits.

A very enjoyable movie which though short on originality, packs in a lot of first class action.
