In the palatial setting of an Iron Curtain resort community, the international crime syndicate, known as Spectre, has set up a murder college to teach its men the finer arts of homicide. The best of the trainees, an Irish renegade named Red Grant, played by Robert Shaw, has been chosen as the instrument of a plot to kill and discredit Spectre's deadliest enemy, the British Secret Service Agent known as James Bond, 007.
Bond becomes involved with beautiful girls, a spectacular fight on the Orient Express, the Russian Secret Service and the exotic city of Istanbul, among other things in his fight against the evil Spectre organization.
