THE ROAD WARRIOR (MAD MAX 2)

1981 - d. George Miller

Australia - after World War Three. A former cop Max (Mel Gibson) battles a gang of  warriors and leads a peaceful community to safety.

"The Road Warrior Mad Max 2" which the best film to be seen in 1982 (and that includes "E.T.").

Using a basic western theme it was an extremely violent fast-paced movie and this trailer is a good reminder.

There are scenes of the marvelous stunt work and amazing action sequences, plus narrator giving it all a dark brooding quality.

A good print (masked) from Jef, except for some sprocket hole damage on the master during the first few feet of film. MT.
