Commando Cody -- Sky Marshal of the Universe - has developed a special suit in which he can fly to the moon.
The Earth is threatened by an atomic gun using a special element found only on the moon. Cody flies to the moon and finds that the Ruler of the Moon, Retik, is planning to conquer the World. Cody and his assistants, trying to return to earth meet with Retik's henchmen.
Before the serial is over, Cody and his assistants are rescued from a burning volcano, make another trip to the moon and are chased through the stratosphere but they are finally able to kill Retik and his henchmen when their rocket ship is blasted to pieces.
