Alec Guinness
David Prowse.

While Luke Skywalker is taking instruction from Yoda, the Jedi Master, Han Solo, Princess Leia, Chewbacca and C-Threepio go to Cloud City to seek the help of Lando Calrissian, one of Han's 'old pals', but instead of helping them he is forced to hand them over to Darth Vader. Luke, back in the Dagobah system, senses they are in trouble and blasts off in his X-Wing to assist them, but is soon to find himself in even greater danger - locked in fierce combat with Vader.

Not quite as entertaining or as well edited as part one. The scenes of Han Solo in the carbon freezing chamber have been cut out as has Vader's disclosure that he is Luke's father.

It's easy to join this up to part one, but the best results are obtained if the track is faded out at the end of part one and back in at the start of part two, as the music overlaps the credits.

Print quality is acceptable but grainy with reasonable colour and definition. The sound was a couple of frames out of sync on the review print, but otherwise was OK.
