The Plague Of The Zombies DVD is a anamorphic enhanced transfer for widescreen TV, a quick look at the picture quality sees a good image I noticed just a couple of lines on the master material, sound seems good too. One point the framing seems wrong, part of the image appears to br cropped. The extras are trailer for Zombies plus double bill trailer for Zombies and Dracula Prince Of Darkness. There is also an episode from the documentary series Hammer.A Super 8mm version was available at one time. This was edited to about 70 minutes. It was released by Derann Films. Now withdrawn you may find a copy on the used film lists. |

Based on Dennis Weatleys Uncharted Seas. The Lost Continent is on a fairly low level for Hammer, but fun to watch. Always good to see Michael Ripper in a film, a great character actor, who always added to Hammer productions.Never released on super 8mm to my knowledge. |
