	I think you could easily put The Guns of Navarone in the classic section. A very good action film that tells a good story, with an excellent cast and first class score. I'm lucky to have this film in 16mm, though not scope. Also a cut-down on super 8mm. Columbia/Warner had this on Super 8 during the late 70's. 	The Bridge On The River Kwai is another classic war film. Director David Lean created a excellent film, unforgettable first class theme music. I suppose you must look at it as an anti-war film, especially with the Dr's last words "Madness Utter Madness"

	The Longest Day, producer Darryl F Zanuck's epic account of June 6, 1944, is Hollywood's definitive D-Day movie. The black and white print is in excellent condition, as is the remixed Dolby 5.0. Made in 1969, the 50-minute supplementary documentary "D-Day Revisited" has producer Zanuck revisiting key locations in Normandy.
