CLOWN OF THE JUNGLE. 1947

Donald is on a photographic expedition in the jungle, when an Aracuan bird (the slap-happy 'clown of the jungle') keeps interfering and ruining Donald's pictures. After many attempts to get rid of the bird. the conflict comes to a climax ~ with Donald deciding that, 'if you can't beat them, join them'.

This is another of those cartoons that has been in the Disney catalogue for some years - an odd choice to issue silent. Now at last they have released it with sound, and very good sound too. With many very funny gags and rich colour, it can be recommended for audiences of all ages.
