MAGICIAN MICKEY.

This release from 1937 is a real gem. Slick magician Mickey is constantly heckled by an abusive Donald Duck. When Donald leaps on to the stage it can only end in disaster.

The print on this is excellent with rich colour that really comes into its own at the end when Donald lets fireworks off, bringing the film to an explosive end. Poor old Goofy, Mickey's lighting 'expert' high up in the gantry, and contributing little to the events unfortunately gets the worst of this unscheduled fireworks display.

Definitely one for your collection even if you have the abridged version in a compilation released quite some years ago. The abridged version was ok in it's time but my advise is to snap up this complete edition - it's super.
