MOVING DAY. 1936

Mickey and Donald haven't been paying the rent, so the sheriff (Pegleg) is evicting them and selling off their furniture, meanwhile Goofy attempts to sneak out the back with a piano, but the piano has a mind of it's own - and keeps coming back indoors!

What a cracking cartoon this is! Enough gags to keep a TV cartoon series going for a year! it's nice to see Pegleg back in action, the best thing about these vintage cartoons (besides their excellence) is their repeatability, and I hope there is more to come, how about Mickey's Fire Station (1935), Mickey's Garden (1935), Thru The Mirror (1936), Boat Builders (1938) and of course don't let's forget the early Silly Symphonies!

The print quality was average, both prints checked had a printed in white line down the left hand side of the screen, some projectors may 'mask' this, in any event it should get lost on the black edging of your screen (what, you don't use a screen?) The colour is reasonable, just a bit 'cold'. The sound was very slightly overloaded, usual for this particular lab Highly recommended.
