Two splendid Hammer horror trailers featuring Peter Cushing, linked with Odeon daysets. The "Hound" stars Christopher Lee and Andre Morell. There are some great Hammer captions that scream "Terror Stalks The Moor!" and "Horror Fills the Night!' . The Revenge of Frankenstein co-stars Francis Matthews, whose home movie footage taken on the set of Dracula Prince of Darkness appears in the latest Armchair Odeon video.
The trailer features some really lurid captions that outclass those of "The Hound" with "You're Blood Will Congeal - When You See This Brand New Billion-Volt Shocker!". "Warning! - Be Sure You Can Take This Tremendous Adventure - Into Terror!" etc etc etc. Wonderfully crass stuff! This little reel of horror has good definition, colour and sound considering the master material is some 39 years old. ' Ripping' good fun.
