THE MAN IN THE IRON MASK + LOST IN SPACE.

Two excellent up-to-date trailers with which to show off to your friends. The first is The Man in the Iron Mask, the new period Musketeers adventure from United Artists starring Leonardo di Caprio, Jeremy Irons, John Malkovich and Gerard Depardieu. The content is good and provides a comprehensive outline of the story.

Second up on this reel is the big screen outing of the sixties TV series, Lost in Space from New Line Cinema. The trailer opens with a narration divulging the basic premise of the film and then, BLAM! We're treated to a feast of fast moving action and effects sequences from the film. This movie looks exciting to say the least. I just think it's a shame Billy Mumy (Will Robinson in the original TV series) isn't cast.

I can't wait to see both these films now that I've seen the trailers. The best thing regarding them both as far as the film collector is concerned is the sound. Yes, they have first rate print quality as we have all now come to expect, but the sound is as good as any release I have heard for a long time. Could the new stripe be responsible? Highly Recommended.
