Yet another sadly missed distributor of home movies, who ceased trading in the 80's after trying the video market, and leaving film. They had a few stock sales getting rid of many films at what must have been less than cost price.
During their time films were released on 16mm, Standard 8mm and Super 8mm, they also had a large selection of 35mm colour slides.
Titles released included such gems as The Third Man, Reach For The Sky, (unusual for Walton both were released complete), Hannie Caulder, The Dambusters, Summer Holiday, Laurel and Hardy, Tom & Jerry cartoons, which for some reason known only to Walton were cut.
Some of Walton's catalogue have been re-released in a complete format. The Dambusters, Twins Of Evil, Vampire Circus, are some that have been released by Derann Films.
